No 40 is home to 12 people who have more advanced forms of dementia. This house has slower pace of life and the care is based around comfort and senses being the drivers. The house has a large open plan dining/living room which affords plenty of space for people to spend the day. There is open access to large outdoor patio area and garden areas for people to enjoy. The staff here are chosen for their ability to be in the moment with people and let residents dictate the order of the day.
